Please keep all original packaging and product must be worn inside only and in new clean and resellable condition.
To start the return or exchange process, please submit the form below with your order number, email address and phone number. Once received, we will send you instructions and return label to quickly facilitate your return or exchange.
After an item has been received in our warehouse, a credit to the original form of payment will be processed. Generally a credit is processed within 5-7 business days after receipt.
*Excluding orders shipping to or from Alaska, Hawaii and Canada.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Are there any charges for return?
There are no shipping charges for returns, however original shipping charges are non refundable.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, generally within 10 business days.
